An agenda is the killer of productivity in meetings. Focus on specific outcomes expressed as deliverables, instead. Drive for excellence on outcomes in all activities, and you will create the DNA for excellence for your organization and yourself.
Equality is NOT the opposite of discrimination. The opposite of discrimination is diversity. Let's raise the bar, not lower it.
We can’t unite until we untie ourselves. We are so highly bound in our leadership roles and responsibilities that we really can’t lead.
My strategy is to use a term such as “Members in Ministry” for church volunteers or “Community Servant Leaders” for nonprofits. These terms signify a higher level of engagement and activity.
